Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

New Jets' Victory Song - "Bring Me to Life", Out. "Jet" by Wings, In.

"Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence just wasn't cutting it (but I love that song) for my New York Jets' victory song and "Jet" by Paul McCartney and Wings is an obvious choice, really. Thanks to Donovan's suggestion (with him and his wife, Maria, being Beatles' groupies, it's no surprise).

"Jet" is from the 1973 Wings album "Band on the Run". It features band members Paul and Linda McCartney and Denny Laine and six other "convicts" - including actors Christopher Lee and James Coburn. There's a theory that the song was inspired by Paul's labrador AND John Lennon and David Bowie (hidden references).
