Thumps Up for Ebert & Favre, Thumps Down for Disney & Thompson.

Did you know that Roger Ebert is the copyright holder on the signature "thumbs up/thumbs down" judgement that he and Gene Siskel made part of each of their film reviews?

Now Ebert is taking his thumbs with him, as he's cutting ties with Disney and the nationally syndicated television show after his critic partner, Richard Roeper quit the show.

So in homage to Siskel and Ebert and Roeper and "At the Movies with Siskel/Roeper and Ebert", I'm giving a big THUMBS UP to Brett Favre and a big THUMB right up the ass of Ted Thompson. Packer and sports fans know what I'm talking about.
