You mean there's more in this state besides maple syrup? A recent Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article extolled the "culinary wilderness" that is Wisconsin. Apparently our state has been omitted from some "best of" lists and someone wanted to set the record straight. As it should be. Bastards.
