Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Favre slowly becoming part of "Gang Green"; CBS affiliates in WI to carry Jets games.

Favre fever is taking hold of New York and New Jersey - Jets officials estimated that 4,000 people attended this past Sunday morning's practice. That was considerably less than the 10,500 that came out on Saturday. However, it was significantly larger than the average Sunday morning crowd of about 1,700. And 20,000+ Favre Jet jerseys have flown off the Internet.

As far as Jets' game broadcasts in Wisconsin, two of the 16 regular season games are being broadcast nationally. The Week 3 game at San Diego is on Monday Night Football, and the Jets' Week 11 game at New England is a Thursday night NFL Network game. The other 14 games are covered on either CBS or FOX. Affiliates in Wisconsin are required to carry the Packers whenever possible, however, CBS stations in Wisconsin are now faced with the fact that their viewers are going to want to watch Jets games. The station in Milwaukee has already said they will ask CBS to carry as many Jets games as possible. The likelihood that CBS will grant such a request is a pretty solid one.

Additionally Green Bay’s WFRV-TV, Channel 5, will air as many Jets games as possible from CBS Sports this season.
