Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds" receives 10 nominations???

Yep. Broadcast Film Critics Association's 15th Annual Critic's Choice Movie Awards. Among the notable nominations, the only one I feel it deserved was Best Supporting Actor (Christoph Waltz). The movie was not good. By contrast, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced its nominations for the Golden Globes. "Basterds" received 4 - including Waltz. You can read my review of it here.

The scene above was at the start of the flick and is one of the two best scenes in the movie. Unfortunately, I could only find this snippet.
