Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Obama's "stance" on immigration reeks of "non-stance". Seattle raids another example of Obama leading to amnesty.

I'm firmly convinced that President Obama does not want to tackle the illegal immigration problem in this country based on his actions (or lack of action) - and the actions of those employed by his administration. The problem has grown too big and the easiest solution (whenever Obama gets around to it) will be to break federal laws and tiptoe around the issue until Obama ends up offering some sort of amnesty package to the 10 million+ illegals in this country. If I had the money, I would leave this country NOW until we get our shit together. And I'm NOT the only one.

Here are two articles about a recent raid in Seattle - you can search through my blog archives to find related posts (like the raid in LA that was dismissed by another liberal judge). You'll see the original article link...I've summarized the main points and added my two cents.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano (that's the useless piece of shit above) has ordered a review of a raid at a Bellingham, Seattle manufacturing plant that ended with the arrests of 28 illegal immigrants. Napolitano wants to know why the Tuesday raid happened and all background information, as she looks into the case, stated Homeland Security spokesman Sean Smith. (I'll tell you why the raid happened, you incompetent puppet...because illegals are working there and an employer hired them! If our country's Homeland Security Secretary has to ask that question, she too has her head up her ass. Let me repeat: The illegal employees and the business owner are breaking federal laws.)

The raid at the Yamato Engine Specialists, Smith said, was the first work-site action that ICE has taken since President Barack Obama took office. Obama, who appointed Napolitano, has signaled for a shift in immigration policy that would rely less on work-site enforcement, focusing instead on employers who hire illegal immigrants and overall immigration reform. (You can't have one without the other! You have employers breaking the law and you have the illegal workers. Very simple. What's even more asinine is they let every one of those illegal workers go - AND gave them permission to work in this country - see the next story further down.)

(Above: President Obama. Writing new federal laws...without Congress approving them or passing them or signing them into law.) On Tuesday morning, ICE agents descended on the shop and rounded up 25 men and three women - 25 Mexican nationals and one person each from El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, all obtained the jobs using fake Social Security numbers and other counterfeit documents. Shirin Dhanani Makalai, whose family owns the business, said the raid came after months of cooperating with ICE on an audit, which included providing employee rosters to federal authorities. Makalai added the company did not knowingly hire illegal immigrants, and that employers have no clear way of checking an employee's legal status. (Sure there's a way - it's called E-Verify. Just sign up, dumb ass.)

"Our immigration system is broken," said Pramila Jayapal, executive director of One America, an advocacy group. "We need comprehensive reform that recognizes the crucial contributions immigrants make to our nation, considers demand for labor and enables employers to legally hire needed immigrants workers." (That's all well and good, but our government has its thumb up its ass and isn't seriously addressing the situation. Therefore, all we have to act on IS our current laws - which state that if you're in this country illegally, you GO HOME. How is it that our government and illegal alien advocacy groups rationalize their practice of following their own set of laws?)

Now here's a follow-up on the arrest of 28 illegal immigrants at a small engine plant in Bellingham, Seattle. Summary is below:

Summary - In the weeks that followed, most of the Bellingham workers were either released for humanitarian reasons or after posting bond. At least one was deported. And the remaining workers still in custody were freed without bail last week and offered legal permission to work in the United States - a highly unusual practice.

The dumb bitch Homeland Security Secretary's review of what happened in Bellingham will be part of a revised set of guidelines expected to be issued this week, directing ICE agents to focus more on arresting and prosecuting employers and less on the illegal immigrants they hire. "Secretary Napolitano wants to make sure workplace enforcement is operating the way it should," her spokesman Matt Chandler said. "She is focused on using our limited resources to the greatest effect — targeting criminal aliens and employers that flout our laws and deliberately cultivate an illegal work force."

(Ahhh...see. The Obama administration is going to concentrate on CRIMINAL illegals - not that being here illegally isn't "criminal". Here's another stupid quote from an immigrant advocate group.) Rosalinda Guillen, whose Bellingham-based organization Community to Community advocates for immigrants, said the workers are cautious and confused."These families are caught in the middle of this big political storm," she said. "It's a good thing, the work permit — the recognition that these people need to work and support themselves and their families. But there's no real security for them beyond the short term. "We hope these changes will create a new precedent in how raids are done, that it leads to them being stopped completely." (As I've stated in previous posts, who cares if they can't support themselves or their families - THEY'RE FUCKING ILLEGALLY IN THIS COUNTRY!)

Based on questions agents have been asking workers, Guillen said, "it appears they are trying to justify this raid, trying to find some criminal action against the employer. They're playing this game of divide and conquer, and that's not the Obama way." (I can see that. President Obama is making his own laws and not following federal law.)

Recent polls show that 75% of Americans DO NOT want amnesty. So why are our elected officials - our President and mostly liberal Democrats - pushing for something their constituents DON'T WANT? And why are the illegal aliens getting protection for breaking OUR laws and advocacy and pro-amnesty groups - which are in the minority - getting any attention by the goverment? That is NOT a democracy, folks. Look it up. It's far from it.
