Your roommate (who owns the house where you live) asks you to vacate as she's having friends in from out of town for a reunion - a "club" they used to be members of years ago. They need a place to stay.

You propose to knock off rent for the three nights you're not staying there. Seems fair, doesn't it. What would you propose?
