Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

A Valentine's post to Nancy Pelosi.

(Remember, I'm writing this post as if I were in Ireland.)

I can think of no other word to describe our Speaker of the House, Californian Congresswomen and 2nd in line to the Presidency (scary thought) behind Vice-President Biden other than it starts with an "H" and ends with a "T" and it has "ear" in the middle. Chuckle, snort, gaffaw. I jest. Really the word I'm thinking of starts with a "C" and ends with a "T" - and has an "un" in the middle for...I don't know - because it does. Hey, I couldn't use "en", "ol", "oo", "an' ", "oa" or "el". "Un" was the only thing that fit.

Now hold on, ya bastards (that's how they address each other in Ireland) - before you have a liberal shit-fit, hear me out. Pelosi's a HUGE supporter of illegal alien's rights in the U.S. She voted against the Secure Fence Act of 2006, which allowed for over 700 miles of double-reinforced fence to be built along the border with Mexico, across cities and deserts alike, in the U.S. states of California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas in areas that have experienced illegal drug trafficking and illegal immigration.

How amusing - this woman who represents the great state of California in our House of Representatives. California...which has a crippling deficit, yet spends almost as much money on illegal aliens in the form of health, medical, education, and food stamps/other welfare programs as the deficit she is faced with. I'm not a financial bastard but you don't have to be to understand that it fiscally doesn't add up.

And yet, what a coincidence. Though the House (bastards) passed President Obama's stimulus bill with the E-Verify provision intact, House Democrats (bastards) finagled a last minute change (in the 12th hour) and the Senate (bastards) dropped the E-Verify provision from the bill.

What's E-Verify? E-Verify is an Internet based system operated by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA) that allows participating employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of their newly hired employees. E-Verify is free and voluntary and is the best means available for determining employment eligibility of new hires and the validity of their Social Security Numbers.

Look for more on E-Verify in a future post. All you bastards should be concerned. In a nutshell, the House wanted to require anyone getting a contract paid for with stimulus money to use the government's E-Verify program to ensure employees are citizens or immigrants permitted to work. Now it's out (for now). Conveniently, Pelosi can say she voted for the bill (in the House) with the E-Verify provision intact which covers her political ass. I'm contending that, as Pelosi's a vocal supporter of illegal immigrant's (bastards) rights, she and other Democrats had their hand in helping get the E-Verify nixed from the bill in the Senate during late night back scratching caucuses. It makes sense, keeping in mind Pelosi's vocal stance on supporting illegal alien's rights. Win-win. Get it?

Pelosi's one of the richest bastards in the House. What does she care if illegal aliens reap benefits from President Obama's stimulus package? The other bitch/bastard - the one I used to work for in Bel Air - employs illegal aliens (she did when I was working for her from 1999-2006) and no one seems to give a rat's ass about that. Bastards.

When will the bastard Democrats/liberals wake up and realize that this country can not continue to GIVE MONEY AWAY to bastards who aren't here legally, especially when our economy is sucking hind tit right now? What is logical about that? I barely passed college economics and I get it. And the idea that money in the form of this stimulus package, a package with the intention of revitalizing our economy, will be available to illegal aliens makes it even more laughable.

Try this on for size, ya bastards. Call it "Jeff Ircink logic": Explain to me why Democrats/liberals, generally speaking, want to pull our American soldiers out of Iraq (because "we have no business being there"), and yet these same Democrats/liberals are in favor of handing out free money to people who "have no business being in the United States" - the illegal aliens? If that sounds like I'm comparing apples to oranges, I'm not. I'm illustrating the liberal's hypocrisy - that as long as their agenda is attended to, no one else's matters. Now make believe I'm a bastard and please tell me what I'm missing? When will you bastards wake up? When it's too late? Well when you bastards do wake up you'll be crying on my shoulder and I'll have to shoot you all ya bastards because you're making me sick and you could've done something about it earlier but you had to jump on the "every bastard has rights" bandwagon and...you get the point.

Let me put it this way (this was added after my initial post - part of my comment to a reader). You may not SEE the direct affect of illegal aliens skimming off our economy (course, our tax dollars are subsidizing their medical, education and welfare), but if I went into your wallet and took out a $5 and told you, "this money goes toward the money this bastard country spends on the bastard illegal aliens", you'd fight for that $5 back, wouldn't you? Damn right you would!

I've said too much. This post was just supposed to be about Pelosi and how I think she's a cunt. Oops - well, now I've done it. What? I'm in Ireland, remember? "Cunt" is accepted as part of the everyday vernacular in Ireland and Scotland. Read this - Twenty Major uses the word all the time. He uses the word in hundreds of posts, no less, and he's one of the top bloggers in Ireland.

Just say it with an Irish or Scottish accent. Sounds just like "dumb bitch". I'll let you know when I arrive back in America. Bastards.

Jeff,
No comment on this article. I just tried to send you a joke and had the "weak knees" e-mail address & it wouldn't go through. It's a "deer hunter" video, maybe you've seen it. Send me your new e-mail if you changed it. Thanks!

personally i'd rather be handing out free money to someone picking fruit in my country (whether you or anyone else thinks they belong here) than be killing innocent people in someone else's. how you can compare the two is beyond me.

i compare the two because both are cases of hypocrisy. so...we allow illegals in this country (or just turn the other cheek) - where does that end. the problem is that as long as it doesn't affect YOU, it's ok. fruit is picked. vegetables are picked. all ends up in the store. you buy it. your tummy's fed. what if it directly affected your pocketbook? YOUR tax dollars are paying for illegal's use of our health system and education. but you don't "see" it. what if took your paycheck every week and said, 'this $10 goes to offset the cost of allowing illegal aliens in this country?'

would it concern you then?

I don't have any quick fix to immigration. I'm just one of those people saying we have no business being in Iraq, and we should get the fuck out of there. I still honestly don't see where that position has anything to do with how I feel about Immigrants being in this country illegally.

I don't think it's hypocritical to say we should get out of Iraq, AND there's no way to round up and deport 11 million people at the drop of a hat. What's your solution? If we stop giving them free health care, they will go home? If we don't let them pick fruit, who's going to do it, your kid? Doubtful.

Like I said, I don't have any answers (either). But to compare the two positions seems unfair to me.

appreciate the dialoge, anon.

my point is its hypocrisy. how can you say we don't belong in Iraq and then say that illegal aliens belong here? it doesn't make sense - particularly when our country is going through economic turmoil and people who are here illegally are feeding off YOUR tax dollars.

don't take this the wrong way, but if Hitler can exterminate 6 million Jews in 5 years (including gypsys and other "undesirables"); if Stalin can exterminate the millions he did in Russia, etc., etc. then how come America can't figure out a way to determine who is here illegally, round them up and ship them back where they came from? i don't care what nationality they are? LET ME REPEAT - i'm not making light of Hitler's action during WWII. i'm saying if you want to affect change, it can be done, regardless of the size or scope.

if that means necessitating that we process the illegal aliens that are already in this country so that they're on the road to becoming legal - fine, let's do it. make them legal so they pay taxes and become contributing members of this country instead of sending money back to their family.

and with people losing their jobs nowadays at record paces...well, there's a solution to taking the jobs that are held by people WHO DON'T BELONG HERE.

apathy is not a solution, friend. turning the other cheek is not a solution.

anon -

did you read these posts on this blog?

about the lady who had to wait for a kidney transplant while illegals are getting them before her?

http://jeffircink.blogspot.com/2009/02/got-kidney-sorry-it-might-go-to-pablo.html

or the AZ rancher who is being sued by 16 illegals because he held them by gunpoint until the authorities arrived to arrest them?

http://jeffircink.blogspot.com/2009/02/wanna-turn-your-head-to-illegal-aliens.html

like anything, until you're directly affected by an issue, you're obviously going to hem and haw about whatever the issue is at hand. i'm not waiting until i'm directly affected.

the gist of the link in the Washington Time is this:

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's home district includes San Francisco . Star-Kist Tuna's headquarters are in San Francisco, Pelosi's home district. Star-Kist is owned by Del Monte Foods and is a major contributor to Pelosi. Star-Kist is the major employer in American Samoa employing 75% of the Samoan workforce. Paul Pelosi, Nancy's husband, owns $17 million dollars of Star-Kist stock. In January, 2007 when the minimum wage was increased from $5.15 to $7.25, Pelosi had American Samoa exempted from the increase so Del Monte would not have to pay the higher wage. This would make Del Monte products less expensive than their competition's. Last week when the huge bailout bill was passed, Pelosi added an earmark to the final bill adding $33 million dollars for an 'economic development credit in American Samoa '.

Jeffrey James Ircink said...

and yet another Pelosi-related "earmark" thanks to this news stimulus bill.

one flag. fine. two or more flags. crook.
