Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Heard on ESPN radio..."you know?".

I was driving home from work you know and listening to Dameshek Denholm and Long on ESPN radio (LA feature) and they were, you know, interviewing an Arizona Wildcat football player as part of the PAC 10 media week, you know? Might have been QB Willie Tuitama.

You know, I've never heard an athlete say, "you know" more than this kid, you know? In one ...maybe 45 second reply to a question....he said "you know" 11 times, you know? 11. I wanted to, you know, rip my radio out of the car but I couldn't flip the station because it was as if this collegiate player was saying "you know" purposefully, you know?

Gotta love our student-athletes. You know?
