Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Now the Packers are insulting MY intelligence.

Regarding yesterday's meeting in Mississippi (see previous posts), Packer Pres/CEO Mark "Howdy Doody" Murphy later issued a statement that addressed no details and made clear he had engaged only in non-football discussions with Favre, apparently to dismiss the possibility that he had usurped the role of general manager Ted Thompson.

ONLY ENGAGED IN NON-FOOTBALL TALK?? What - you flew all the way down to Mississippi, did you, to talk to Brett and his agent about bow hunting and lawn mowers all day, you big dumb asshole. How stupid do you think we are? You had an 8-hour meeting with Bus Cook (2 1/2 hours with Brett) and you NEVER talked football?

So at what point did the alleged $20 million pay-off offer enter this tête-à-tête, Murphy? When Favre was telling you how he can magically trim the driveway edges with his Snapper rider mower?
