Passion = Truth? Let me explain. I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. Though that passion may sometimes be confused with rogue-ish behavior - it's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

BREAKING NEWS: Favre asks for release.

Chris Mortenson of ESPN.com is reporting Brett Favre has formally asked for his contractual release from the Packers in a letter, sources close to Favre and the team said. The letter was sent by Favre's agent, James "Bus" Cook, via overnight mail on Thursday and arrived at the Packers facility Friday morning.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I WILL boycott the Packers' 2008 season if Favre, who has expressed a desire to come out of his 4-month retirement and play for the Packers, if Favre plays for another team. I'm not gonna rehash it all again here - just read the previous post as noted by the link above.

Ted Thompson = Douche bag. I hate him now as much as I hate Barbara Bollenbach.
