Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Arizona Cardinals who?

Shortly after my blog post of the New York Jets' pounding of the Arizona Cardinals back in November, I wrote NFL Dogs or "Yeh...but Look Who They've Played." for Bleacher Report.

I wrote this article in response to those NFL fans and sports commentators who inevitably attempt to burst the bubble of a team's victory over another team by using the asinine excuse - "well look who they played."

Now, in the above case, the "dog" Arizona Cardinals are headed to the NFC Championship game this weekend. Some dog, huh?

Idiots.

Favre still sucks...you can't use this to try and justify that he is still a top-notch QB.

Arizona was a completely different team back then yet still are only the 18th rated defense in the league.

Team for the ole-ball slinger to hang it up...3 out of his last 4 years have been dreadful statistically with only one playoff win/appearance in those four years.

Hang it up #4

I would like to retract my comment. Although I am anti-favre being in Green Bay, the comments in my previous post were completely unrelated to the author's point or previous points.

I do believe in my comments and my opinion but it should not have been stated here.
