Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Emotions of a Legend "Hanging Up His Cleats".

Brett Favre's retirement press conference up in Green Bay was extremely emotional - for him and his fans. I tried to keep it cool at work but lost that battle. Keep tuned in here 'cause I'll have a video link and transcript available as soon as it's available to me.

It's not often - once maybe in one's lifetime - that you get to see a "legend" perform. Or perform on YOUR team. The NFL and it's fans were extremely fortunate to have this guy around for 17 years.

We Packer fans were even luckier. I still can't believe it's happened. I'm gonna cry some more.
