Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

New Hampshire Primary

I don't get excited about primaries. Or caucuses. Or politics, in general. I know people do. I wish I could - I'd like to be excited. There's a little bit of me that IS interested...maybe even of holding some sort of political office. They say it's the American political process at its grassroots. It's a part of Democracy that separates the U.S. from non-democratic countries. It harkens back to our early roots - our revolutionary roots. It's what helped to make America...America.

For me, it's just an organized "tall tale" convention on a very grand scale. The candidates tell you what's wrong with the current administration and what they'll change if they're elected. Then when they get elected very little of what they promised they'd do while running gets accomplished. Would you want the winner of the U.S. Tall Tale Contest running our country?

This country has serious problems. Electing another "politician" is not the answer.
