Passion = Truth? How Jeffrey James Francis Ircink Sees The World? I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Slow news day (again) at Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

Well it is if you find yourself writing about Brett Favre now, ain't it?

From the UP/DOWN section of the sports page:

DOWN - QB lessons:  Brett Favre tutored Colt McCoy during the lock-out. Come January, expect a teary-eyed retirement announcement from the Browns' quarterback.  - Greg Pearson
McCoy was 9/10 for 135 yards and a TD so Brett's QB'ing tips didn't hurt Colt. Read the story here. It's no tell-all certainly, but it's encouraging. Even with Brett retired and an ex-Packer for three seasons, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel sports staff still finds it necessary to drag Favre through the mud. It's not like Green Bay Packer training camp isn't in full session or that the Milwaukee Brewers are in first place in their division. Why do these assholes keep trying to be funny?
