Brees cursed. Muahhahahahaha. Ha.

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees graces the cover of EA Sports' Madden 11 video game, having won a fan vote over Indianapolis Colts receiver Reggie Wayne and Minnesota Vikings defensive end Jared Allen.

Good thing for Allen. He doesn't need the "Madden curse" hanging over his head all season. In a rematch of the NFC Championship game last season, the Minnesota Vikings (hopefully helmed by Mr. Favre) will kick off the 2010-11 NFL season against the defending Super Bowl Champ Saints at New Orleans on Thursday, September 9.

Good luck there, Drew. I have a sneaking suspicion you may be "seeing purple" for 60+ minutes.
