Happy Birthday, Denny!

Dennis' birthday was yesterday. One of the Wilson brothers who founded The Beach Boys, Dennis passed away in 1983, not quite 40. The blond in the video is his wife at the time, model/actress Karen Lamm. She passed away in 2001 of heart failure. I knew her the last year of her life. She once said to me flirtingly, "back in the day, I would've went after you" . Meaning me. One of the most flattering comments I've ever heard.

"River Song" is from Dennis' solo album, Pacific Ocean Blue. It's been reissued and it is excellent.
