Passion = Truth? Let me explain. I love when people are passionate about something. That surging of emotion is the one honest measure of what truth is. It's a truthful display of how a person really feels about something or someone at that particular moment. That passion IS truth.

Vintage Lake Tomahawk.

Lake Tomahawk, Wisconsin...back in the day. 'Bout 40 minutes south of the Upper Peninsula (UP) of Michigan. North of Tomahawk and east of Minocqua. Or thereabouts. Surrounding communities include St. Germain, Woodruff and Lac du Flambeau.

Don't go to the Lake Tomahawk Village Cafe for pancakes. They taste like shit.

The place is very local and the cook does not always show up for work. Stick to the eggs and bacon, better than Dennys or go into Minoqua to the dinner on the south end. The quality of there food shocked me. A lot of bland stuff up there... The meat market is the place to be in Lake TOmahawk.
A seasonal resident when time permits... of Lake Tom.
