U.S. refuses outside help in tackling oil spill.

Why? We help every other Tom, Dick and Harry. $400 million to Haiti. Refugees from God knows which countries. Illegals from Mexico, South America and other countries. $50 million or so to Greece. Blah, blah, fuckity blah. 13 countries + the UN, but nooooooo. The U.S. and BP got it all under control.
