Thanks for the tomatoes, Bill. (Co-worker at my summer job. More of a boss really. It was his recipe so I had to use his tomatoes) Left the jalapeno peppers out but it turned out excellent. I like my salsa chunky - don't like sauce dripping off a chip, you know? 4 quarts. And I'm not sharing.
