I taught 7th and 8th grade art today (substitute teaching is my day job). The in-class activity was to create a comic strip. 8th grader
Jake Schaumberg-Dineen of New Berlin thought up this gem. The assignment wasn't due until Thursday, but I liked Jake's cartoon so much I told him,
"finish it by the end of the day and I'll put it on my blog". He was waiting outside my classroom door after 8th hour.
