Minnesota Vikings NFC North Champions! SKOL VIKINGS!

SKOL VIKINGS! It's a bittersweet kudos in that the Vikes got their asses kicked last night by the 5-8 Carolina Panthers. I'm quite certain this is not the way Minnesota wanted to celebrate their division title. Enough said - won't linger on this. Vikes are now 11-3 with the Bears at Chicago next week and the New York Giants at home to close out the season. With the Philadelphia Eagles sitting at 10-4, the 2nd seed in the NFC may be at jeopardy. Vikes can't afford to tie the Eagles with a 12-4 record as Philly holds the tiebreaker and would leapfrog the Vikes for the 2nd seed. And a 3rd seed means no bye in the playoffs.
NEXT WEEK: Vikings (11-3) @ Bears (5-9).
