Super Bowl Patch.

The National Football League (NFL) is ripe with tradition - as is much of sports, for that matter.

So explain to me why the NFL has uniform patches to honor Gene Upshaw (former Hall of Fame player and recently deceased president of the NFL player's union or a patch to honor founder and coach George Halas of the Chicago Bears or a commemorative patch to honor the 75th anniversary of the NFL...but no patch to honor the current Super Bowl champions?

It's simple. The above logo represents last year's Super Bowl. All the New York Giants' players have this patch on their uniform throughout the entire next season as they're the current Super Bowl champions. Then when the New York Jets win this year's Super Bowl, the Jets get a patch with this year's SB logo that they wear on their jersey all of next season.
It's my idea. What's my percentage?
