Nic Harcourt saying "bye, bye" to KCRW in Los Angeles.

Music Director Nic Harcourt is departing KCRW in Santa Monica after Thanksgiving to "greener pastures" sort to say. The British-born Harcourt has hosted the daily Morning Becomes Eclectic radio show since 1998, featuring his picks for the best new music spanning a wide range of genres. A weekly version of the show called Sounds Eclectic, launched in 2000, is broadcast on a number of other stations in cooperation with PRI and Harcourt will continue to host that show on Sundays.

Great on-air presence. I started listening to Morning Become Eclectic - check the site out here - about 2 years ago, I think. Thankfully, because it's my only source of "new" music. Good luck, Nic.
