Monday, 12:30 a.m. I came within a few yards of hitting a black midget who was crossing illegally in a crosswork while I had a green light. Freaked me out.
a) I couldn't see him because he was black, wearing dark clothing and it was dark out.
b) I couldn't see him because he was short.
