Vacation: Part 7 - Songs heard on the Rainbow Flowage.

We like to listen to some tuneage when bellied up against the bar. Here are a few songs heard 'round the Rainbow in Lake Tomahawk during my fishing trip:

It Was A Very Good Year - Sinatra
Jailhouse Rock - Elvis
Time of the Season - The Zombies
Canadian Railroad Trilogy - Gordon Lightfoot
The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald - also by Lightfoot
Hey, Hey - Clapton
The Way You Look Tonight - Sinatra
Hotel California - The Eagles
Honky Tonk Woman - The Stones
Go Your Own Way - Fleetwood Mac
American Woman - The Guess Who
The Beatles - can't remember which ones we played

Jas, Uncle Fran and I are huge Gordon Lightfoot fans. Uncle Fran loves The Stones. Dave loves Clapton. Bruce and I love Sinatra. Uncle Fran and I are huge Beatle and Elvis fans. Dad doesn't care what we play on the jukebox. Anyway, we love all these songs - some remind us of previous years spent on the Rainbow, or times with other friends, other loves, college, etcetera.

Funny thing about music. It can take you back. can't it?
