There's a Winchell's Donuts across the street from my office. They JUST re-painted the wall white last week because of the graffiti. I noticed the wall's been tagged already.
If it were up to me, any taggers caught in the act OR convicted of tagging would have the hands cut off. And I'll do it. They do it again - cut the other hand off. I'm sick of this bullshit. Do they have a theft problem in Asia? No - because they cut off your hand if you're caught stealing. Seems to work there, doesn't it?
Is that conservative enough for you, Scotty? I like pictures with my blog posts. Not today. I won't give the bastards the satisfaction of photographing their illegal, unintelligent, moronic, gang artwork and giving it credence on my blog.
